
Booking Confirmation
Please read the following terms and conditions and sign where indicated
at the bottom of page.
RESERVATION & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Booking confirmation and deposit must be returned within 14 days of making
your booking, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Payment of the deposit (10% of final invoice) confirms that the client
has read, understood and agrees to abide by these general conditions.
Guest numbers must be confirmed at the latest 5 working days before the function.
This number will determine the amount of the final invoice. Greater numbers
will be additionally charged.
Full payment is due at the conclusion of your function or at a time pre-arranged
by the client.
CANCELLATION
If the function date is re-booked all of the deposit will be refunded with
a $50 administration fee.
In case of total cancellation of the function date a cancellation fee will
apply.
Within 1 month, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
Within 7 working days, none of the deposit is refundable.
VENUE
Recharge food studio reserves the right to relocate function space if deemed
necessary due to weather or any other reason beyond our control.
(Not applicable to Off-Site Catering)
REGULATION
Recharge Catering will do its best to ensure that the function will meet
the specifications of the function defined in the booking.
No animals or equipment jeopardizing the safety of our staff or clients
will be allowed near food preparation area.
Recharge Catering will not be held responsible for theft or damage to the
guests or clients' clothing, hand luggage or personal property.
FORCE MAJEURE
The company reserves the right to cancel the function in exceptional circumstances,
(such as fire, explosion and natural catastrophes). In that case, the deposit
paid for the reservation will be refunded without the client being able
to claim any additional unspecified compensation.
PAYMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
Deposit - 10% of final invoice Confirms Event Booking.
Balance of invoice at the conclusion of your event.
Catering menu finalisation (type of menu) 5 working days prior to the function
date.
Final catering numbers used for billing purposes, 5 working days prior to
the function date.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - 10% menu surcharge applies
PAYMENT METHOD

Visa card facilities are available.
Cash.
EftPos facilities available in the cafe.
